Not satisfied with the inspection of the material

We are interested to participate in the upcoming Online Forward Auction of M/s BIZ HERO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Pashupati Industrial Complex, Uluberia - Amta Rd, Serpur, West Bengal 711401. We would like to draw your kind attention that we have visited your site for inspection of the material but we were not satisfied with the inspection of the material because your representative was not showing us material as per catalogue lot wise . He was showing us only one MT material out of 80 MT DI Dross runner and balance material is laying at Alampur so we are unable to assess balance material quality. Therefore, we regret to inform you that if we face any material quality issue after H1 bidder then we are unable to accept your material or we will reject this substandard quality material.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
