Request for division of Installment payable amount in two Installments instead of one

 

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to your confirmation letter dated 14^th November 2022 in lieu of the Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL) Catalogue for Pig Iron Fines Auction dated 05.10.2022 (Catalogue Id : 546892).

Thanks so much for your confirmation. We would like to earnestly request you that as per previous agreement we would be paying our first installment on 19^th November 2022 however we would like to request you to kindly allow us to make the payment in 2 installments instead of paying the whole amount of 6,69,79,160.00 in one installment. The first one we are paying on 19^th November and the remaining balance as per your discretion would be paid on 25^th November 2022.

Kindly consider our request and please help us by granting our above pledge.
