As already discussed over phone this morning this is to bring into your kind notice that we have received your confirmation letter today only and please note that this had not been received before today even if you might have sent this before, may be due to some unknown technical error.

Kindly be informed that due to the above stated lack of communication we could not make the payment of the EMD amount on 14^th November as per your said payment date however we have already made the EMD and Installment payment of 25,02,780.00 today (15.11.2022). Payment reference copy attach below.

Due to the above stated issue and the subsequent unintentional error we missed the date. Hence we earnestly request you to withdraw your DEBARMENT on us and please allow us to participate in the forthcoming auctions,
