This is with reference to your Tender Number MMTC/BILLET & LRS Scrap/Tender/21-22/01 dated 06-12-21 (Tender date) and the EMD amount Rs. 30,00,000/- deposited with the said tender on 13-12-2021 and we received EMD amount Rs. 10,00,000/- on 22-12-21.

We understand that the said tender is awarded to somebody else, hence, we request you to refund our EMD Amount ________ (EMD Amount) lying with you.

We submit this request to release the EMD amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- laying with you.
