Dear Sir,

We are interested to participate in the upcoming online Auction of Plant & Machinery of ABC Ltd. West Bengal and we would like to visit the site for detailed inspection on                           , at our own costs and risks.

We agree to follow all the safety norms inside the Plant during inspection. We are made aware that the inspection by our company at the site is to be completed by us within one day and by a maximum of three people.

It is fully understood and agreed by us that we (including our agents and employees) would be granted permission to visit the Plant site for the purpose of inspection and we shall be fully responsible for any injury (whether fatal or otherwise) to ourselves (including our agents and employees) and for any loss or damage to property or for any other loss, damage, costs and expenses whatsoever caused which but for the granting of such permission would not have arisen. We shall be fully liable to indemnify ABC Ltd. against any loss or damage to the property of ABC Ltd. or neighbouring property which may be caused due to any act of ours (including our agents and employees).

We are hereby submitting the Company PAN Card & Adhaar/Voter Card copy to ABC Ltd. prior to the site visit.
