Request to allow us to participate in the forward auction

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that due to some serious technical and network issues we are unable to participate in the Seal Bid Auction held today at 12.30 PM as a result of our payment did not showing in free pool due to the said network issues here. Our payment got stuck and this resulted the issue. Now, we have successfully attached that.

In this unavoidable and unintentional circumstances we request you to kindly allow us to participate in the forward online auction scheduled for toady from 3.30 PM.
